As the exclusive caterer to Bangkok Airways, its operations are of exceptionally high standards for al three restaurants. While the Trade Wind offers the finest international cuisine, the Tom Yam provides the true delicacy of Thai cooking and finally Guilin is a celebration of authentic Chinese dished.
